Inside Sales Professional Our client, a growing reputable, Canadian transport company, is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join their dynamic Winnipeg team. They are currently seeking a full-time results-oriented professional with strong initiative and interpersonal skills. The incumbent of this position will report to the Regional Sales Manager and the individual will work alongside and support other inside and outside sales representatives. Our client, offers a competitive compensation package with excellent benefits and Pension plan. Responsibilities: . Solicits sales via telephone . Support new and repeat sales by providing technical and logistical information in a timely and professional manner to explore for opportunities to increase revenue . Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific solutions . Answer basic technical questions . Service clients' needs by phone, fax and e-mail . Perform and provide diligent follow-up on rate quotations, rate adjustments on problem billing etc. . Provide prompt and accurate customer order entry . Interface with sales manager and outside sales groups . Obtain, forward and answer sales leads . Contact customers on miscellaneous cash collects . Report new, lost or business at risk QUALIFICATIONS . 5+ years' inside sales or telemarketing experience . Post-secondary education preferred . Knowledge of industry considered an asset . Must be computer literate SKILLS AND ABILITIES . Strong negotiation skills . Works well under pressure . Positive nature and high energy . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills . Organized and able to manage time well . Must be able to resolve customer challenges and find solutions . Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment . Proficient with geography and math .
