Provincial Manager Our client, Amenity Health Care, is seeking a highly engaged and experienced Provincial Manager to drive their full- service retail drugstore operations across Saskatchewan & Alberta! THE COMPANY Amenity Health Care is a rapidly growing company whose mission is to provide patients with integrated health and wellness services close to home and work. Amenity Health's services are based on bringing together a multidisciplinary health team in support of servicing the patients' health needs in a timely manner. THE OPPORTUNITY Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, the Provincial Manager owns the district profit & loss and is accountable for the operational performance and management of store teams, including people development, sales and sales building programs, service, execution of company-wide programs and initiatives, margin and expense control and shrink and asset management. The Provincial Manager's primary role is to drive incremental sales through coaching store teams how to be successful, how to impact service and ultimately deliver for the highest level of customer satisfaction! RESPONSIBILITIES ? Set the expectation, standard and example for customer service and day-to-day operations within the district ? Manage district expense control and shrink and asset management ? Drive sales, improve margin/profitability and reduce expenses within the district ? Responsible for delivery and execution of new and ongoing programs ? Visit stores and ensure store standards are maintained ? Provide guidance on and maintain high merchandising standards ? Oversee staff of both Pharmacy and Front store ? Develop and execute sales forecast to achieve corporate objectives ? Utilize P&L to identify profit opportunities and mitigate loss ? Responsible for achieving labour targets ? Provide guidance on ordering and inventory control ? Oversee annual inventory count of each store ? Review sales and payroll weekly ? Develop and maintain an effective succession plan ? Ensure retail pricing is in alignment with local market ? Survey local market for threats and acquisition opportunities ? Develop relationships with key external associations EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION . 10 years prior experience in a similar role . Post-secondary education in business, sales, operations, or another related field . Solid understanding of Retail Pharmacy operations and standards . Ability to travel 75% of the time . Must possess strong operational experience SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS . Demonstrate a passion for customer service and creating exceptional experiences . Able to motivate and manage a diverse team in a fast-paced environment . Passionate about mentorship and coaching . Must take initiative and be responsive . Must be a collaborative team player . Proficient in the use of computers .
