Sales Executive THE OPPORTUNITY MPG, a brand of Mondetta is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Executive to join their team. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, the Sales Executive will be a key player in MPG's continued growth. This individual will focus on creating new business and key partnerships to grow the account base and sales with speciality retailers in the USA. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES . Solicit, research and qualify sales opportunities via telephone . Research to identify new account growth opportunities . Develops productive business relationships with current and prospective customers that build individual customer trust and confidence in the brand . Successfully develops relationships and works collaboratively with internal departments . Ability to understand customer needs and concerns to help them get the job done and win their business through Ecommerce . Manage and maintain customer segment accounts, while increasing customer awareness through our product and service offering . Grow share of wallet with these customers and determine potential customers that may have more complex requirements . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create marketing solutions to grow account base . Support new and repeat sales by providing technical and logistical information in a timely and professional manner to explore for opportunities to increase revenue . Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific solutions . Obtain, forward and answer sales leads . Benchmark and monitor competitor performance and activities . Provide support to the sales team and key account managers to help reach the teams objectives SKILLS & EXPERIENCE . Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a similar role . Strong sales background, preferably in a wholesale/retail environment. . Apparel sales an asset . Outgoing and energetic . Fashion background or demonstrated passion for it . Excellent and persuasive consultative selling skills . Must be proficient with Excel and in internet search . Able to build customer relationships - building trust and credibility quickly with prospective customers . Proven ability to prioritize . Ability to deal and respond to high volume calls and emails . Highly goal and results oriented; strategic approach . Able to build internal collaboration to satisfy customer needs and business growth . Strong ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing . Able to work collaboratively as a team or as an individual . Strong social media skills .
