Administative Coordinator Our client, Teskey & Associates Inc. is a private agency that develops and delivers specialized programming to individuals with developmental disabilities, non-verbal learning disabilities, mental health diagnoses and brain injuries. Clients may also have high needs/high risk profiles that require intensive supports. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Administrative Coordinator will oversee day-to-day operations of the administrative department, and coordinate the work of up to two Administrative Assistants. The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for performing clerical duties, maintaining databases, creating reports, bookkeeping, and drafting correspondence as well as supporting HR functions. The Administrative Coordinator will need to have keen problem solving ability, excellent communication and customer service skills, and must have a typing speed of at least 50 words per minute. Responsibilities: . Oversee day to day operations of the Administrative Department . Manage administrative projects including reporting on development and timelines and coordinating resources . Liaise with collaterals relating to administrative functions . Basic accounting/bookkeeping . HR functions such as benefits administration, payroll processing, policy writing, preparing letters . Provide summaries and reports of administrative activities/processes . Work collaboratively with all team members Skills & Qualifications . 3 or more years of experience in an administrative role . Project management experience . Supervisory experience is considered an asset . HR experience is an asset . Strong Microsoft Office skills . Highly client focused, with the ability to put the client's well-being first . Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills . Very organized, and adaptable to changing priorities . Minimum 50 wpm typing . Proficient in numeracy . Experience working with databases, data entry . Excellent verbal and written communication skills .
