THE OPPORTUNITY Mondetta / MPG is looking for dynamic, driven and determined individuals to join its growing team. The Content Marketing Strategist is a strategic and talented individual who will be responsible for the look and feel as well as the voice/tone of all our brands. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES . Own and drive the development, creation and execution of original content and engage in storytelling for all channels, medias and platforms. . Monitor platforms for customer service opportunities and engage in conversations on behalf of the brands. . Understand the nuances of customer segments/channel and adjust tone/angle to maximize relevancy and connection. . Communicate in a clear, concise and compelling way to both internal and external audiences across multiple channels. . Schedule posts in Sprinklr and Hootsuite and continue to refine and define the social media marketing process. . Use promotional tool such as Woobox to manage social media contests and promotions. . Manage content library of photos & video and mange editing process for all digital assets. . Schedule content releases across multiple digital platforms via storyboarding, and distribution of curated content for digital platforms. . Assist on photo and video shoots to schedule locations, props, and talent for content execution. . Determine the type, quality and quantity of content needed for digital platforms. . Remain current and informed on best practices and latest trends in digital content, platforms and medias. . Develop a comprehensive brand marketing community engagement strategy . Strategy development to support the execution of trade shows, pop-ups and other community brand events. . Schedule public relations events and laisses with agency partners. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE . Post-Secondary education in writing, marketing, advertising, communications or a related field . 2-5 years' experience in a similar role . Must have a thorough understanding of social platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest & LinkedIn . Experience creating content calendars for social media channels and managing large social media accounts across a variety of platforms . Expertise in writing and content creation for digital media/channels (eCommerce, email, video, social platforms), traditional media content creation experience considered an asset . Experience with the creation and filming of video content, including script writing, story-boarding and an understanding of video production would be an asset . Demonstrated experience leading and managing social media for marketing and paid campaigns . Must have strong B2C writing and editing skills . Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, results oriented team environment . Strategic, technical, and analytical skills . Strong knowledge of digital marketing best practices . Strong communication and collaboration skills . Able to work in a team or as an individual with proven leadership skills .
