At Mondetta, we believe that our employees as well as our customers are our most important assets. Mondetta MPG is searching for an E-Commerce Merchandise Analyst to add to our team. Reporting to the E-Commerce Manager, the E-Commerce Merchandise Analyst provides critical support in the coordination, planning, analysis, execution, and maintenance of the online store-front. This is a support coordinator role that will be responsible for assisting in identifying product trends, provide customer and competitor analysis, and executing changes to the E-Commerce website with an emphasis on user experience and conversion. Qualifications and Education . Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in business or related field . 3 years of e-commerce experience preferred . Excellent communication and strong relationship building skills . Well organized, detail oriented, enthusiastic, and confident with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude towards work . Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, requiring initiative and ambition, able to work independently . A solid business presence complimented by personal drive, resourcefulness, maturity, integrity, honesty, and sound business judgement . Knowledge and understanding of Apparel Trends and Market Duties and Responsibilities . Assist in preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly eCommerce KPI reporting across all brands . Gather data and provide insight into Ecommerce, industry and customer trends . Assist in planning the online product assortment and digital product strategies . Prepare and maintain all content on product listing/detail pages, imagery, customer reviews/ratings, cross-selling, product photography and product descriptions . Liaise with Brand Marketing teams to coordinate a timely, accurate and efficient execution of all digital assets, seasonal launches and campaigns . Conduct competitor and web research and margin analysis and provide recommendations to optimize assortment and pricing plan . Provide analysis to the eCommerce Manager on product and category performance regularly to identify key trends and assortment improvement opportunities . Improve browse, search and UX by managing and enhancing product attributes and taxonomy. . Monitor E-Commerce assortment, trends, and price point analysis and provide recommendations to maximize sales and productivity. . Quality Control for e-mail, seasonal launches and promotional campaign . Support Brand Marketing activity and product selections for seasonal/promotional launches .
